On January 16, 2020, a delegation led by Chairman Wei Jianhua of CCUI paid a visit to Guangwei Holdings Limited. They held a working exchange meeting with the management team of Guangwei Holdings and signed a cooperation agreement after the meeting.
Guangwei Holdings is a technology-driven industrial group with diverse businesses spanning the automotive manufacturing and trading industry chain, precision manufacturing, general aviation, consumer services, commercial tourism real estate, and asset management. The group is headquartered in Beijing, with its management headquarters in Shanghai. It owns several listed companies both domestically and internationally and holds interests in more than 60 companies. Its business activities are primarily concentrated in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and other parts of Asia.
During the meeting, both sides provided in-depth introductions to their respective key businesses and core teams, and they clarified their shared goal of deepening cooperation and mutual development, particularly focusing on the equipment manufacturing industry based on their existing foundations.
