CCUI, CRCC Financial Holdings, and Shanghai Bank signed a "Cooperation Agreement for Investment and Loan Collaboration in the Yangtze River Delta Innovation Center"

On the morning of August 28, 2020, the CRCC Financial Holdings Yangtze River Delta Innovation Center held a unveiling ceremony in Shanghai. During the ceremony, China Land and Fortune (CFLD), CRCC Financial Holdings (CRCC Finance), and Shanghai Bank signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement for Investment and Loan Collaboration." The three parties will leverage their respective strengths and implement an integrated "industry-investment-finance" development model to carry out comprehensive cooperation. They aim to jointly discover and nurture high-quality technology and innovation companies, contributing to the development of the Yangtze River Delta's ecological and green integrated demonstration zone.

The unveiling ceremony was attended by several notable individuals, including: Shao Renqiang, Chief Economist of China CRRC Corporation Limited, Chairman and Party Secretary of CRRC Capital Holdings Limited; Huang Tao, Party Committee Member and Vice President of Shanghai Bank; Yang Dongsheng, Deputy District Mayor of Huangpu District; Sheng Quansheng, Deputy Mayor of Jiaxing City; Zhang Zhongwei, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Deputy Director of the Executive Committee of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone.

These attendees delivered speeches during the ceremony.

The Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone serves not only as an experimental ground for institutional innovation but also as a new frontier for technological innovation. The establishment of the CRRC Capital Holdings Yangtze River Delta Innovation Center is a vivid practice in response to the national strategy of promoting ecological and green integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta region. CRRC will leverage its strengths, harness the advantages of the Shanghai Global Innovation Center platform, technological capabilities, and talent resources, and seize the opportunities presented by the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta to foster innovation in the region's science and technology industries. This effort aims to create a thriving ecosystem for technological incubation and innovation, ultimately driving innovation and upgrading across industries in the Yangtze River Delta.

CCUI will fully capitalize on this collaborative opportunity, working hand in hand with CRRC Yangtze River Delta Innovation Center and collaborating with various stakeholders to contribute to national technological innovation and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
