Recently, Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition Business Management Co., Ltd. was authorized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade to become a marketing and promotional partner for the 2020 Dubai Expo Chinese Culture Pavilion. They are authorized to carry out brand recruitment and related services for the 2020 Dubai Expo Chinese Culture Pavilion.
The 2020 Dubai Expo will take place from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022, in Dubai, UAE. The Chinese Culture Pavilion consists of the main exhibition hall and the main exhibition area, with a total area of 1528 square meters and 2880 square meters, respectively. It is located in the Opportunity District (OS04) of the Dubai Expo, adjacent to the main avenue of the expo area and situated between the Al Wasl Plaza and the China Pavilion, approximately 150 meters from each side. Participating in the Chinese Culture Pavilion at the Dubai Expo will provide direct exposure to an estimated 25 million visitors from around the world, enhancing international brand recognition and offering opportunities to understand the local industry structure, investment environment, expand local markets, and develop partnerships.
During the Expo, the Chinese Culture Pavilion will assist partner organizations in organizing high-end thematic forums and cultural and trade exchange activities. It will serve as a high-end platform for establishing, maintaining, and strengthening international and domestic customer relationships and expanding cooperation opportunities for partner organizations. Additionally, the Chinese Culture Pavilion will host the "Chinese Brand Culture Exhibition" at the Dubai International Exhibition Center within the Expo Park, which is expected to feature approximately 1,500 cultural and brand enterprises from various provinces and regions in China.
In addition to brand recruitment, the Expo Business Management Company will actively participate in the planning and execution of various forms of meetings, negotiations, exhibitions, and festive events (such as the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival) with participating countries, local UAE enterprises, and social organizations, providing comprehensive services for enterprises and various provinces and cities.
