On November 27, 2020, CCUI organized a team-building trip to Jiaxing with the theme "Inheriting Spirit, Elevating Ideals." Mr. Wei Jianhua, Chairman of CCUI, led all employees and some shareholder representatives to participate in this team-building activity.
This event specially invited former Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Ms. Wang Jinzhen, to give a lecture. Chairwoman Wang provided an insightful and up-to-date lecture covering topics such as the current state of the Chinese economy, China-US relations, historical opportunities presented by the "Belt and Road" initiative, the national strategy of "Yangtze River Delta Integration," and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). She also offered four key requests and hopes for the company's employees:

Pay attention to the development of the nation and society and provide suggestions for the company's development.
Win customers with top-quality products and services.
Always remember the interconnection between the company's and personal development.
Chairman Wei Jianhua also delivered a special report during the meeting. He emphasized the significant importance of meticulously planning the team-building event in Jiaxing. Jiaxing holds great significance as it is not only the place where the dream of the Chinese Communist Party was launched but also a vital region for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. It also plays a crucial role in the future industrial layout of Zhonglian Investment.
Zhonglian Investment has consistently adhered to its strategic development positioning of "integrating industry and finance" and has optimized its layout in five major sectors: culture and tourism, general aviation, high-end equipment, fund management, shipping and trade, and digital technology. Chairman Wei actively shared the values of "Integrity, Innovation, Diligence, Tolerance, and Sharing" with all employees, using these values to guide the company's long-term development.
Wei Jianhua urged all employees to work together to achieve the company's "Two Hundred Billion" strategic goals by the end of 2022, which includes reaching a managed fund scale of 100 billion and achieving a company revenue of 100 billion. He emphasized the importance of collective effort in realizing these ambitious objectives.
At the same time, all party members and employees of CCUI received an ideological baptism of the "Red Boat Spirit" in Jiaxing's Nanhu Lake. They diligently studied and appreciated the pioneering spirit of "starting from scratch and daring to be the first," the indomitable spirit of firmly held ideals and beliefs, and the dedication spirit of serving the Party and being loyal to the people. This experience inspired CCUI employees to shoulder their social responsibilities and strive to "think about doing things, being able to do things, and accomplishing things," contributing positive energy to the country, society, and the nation.
