On June 2, 2021, the 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and the Second Session of the Board of Directors of Jiangsu Youyi International Logistics Co., Ltd. were successfully held at the headquarters of CCUI in Shanghai. Shareholder representatives from Xuzhou Mining Group, China International Capital Corporation, and Jiangsu Youyi, as well as directors and supervisors of the company, attended the meeting. On June 1, shareholder representatives from Xuzhou Mining Group, the Chairman of China International Capital Corporation, Wei Jianhua, and the President, Su Bin, held a preparatory meeting to discuss key matters related to Jiangsu Youyi in advance.
During the meetings of the shareholders, board of directors, and board of supervisors of Jiangsu Youyi, reports on the company's annual operating plan and budget were presented. Shareholder representatives, directors, and supervisors provided constructive opinions on the agenda items and expressed high expectations for the company's business and development. Both sets of shareholders pledged their full support for the company's future development.
Under the strong leadership of the new management team, Jiangsu Youyi will actively implement the operating principle of "stabilizing growth and seeking development." The company will focus on business layout and design in logistics and trade, as recognized by the planning of Huaihai International Port Area and the bonded area in Xuzhou. Jiangsu Youyi will seek opportunities in the overall planning of Xuzhou, taking advantage of the opportunities presented by the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. The company will make good use of the advantages and resources of both shareholders and further explore development opportunities in sectors such as chemical trade and logistics parks. Simultaneously, seizing the opportunity of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, Jiangsu Youyi will comprehensively strengthen party building work and plan for new development on a higher level and in a larger framework.
