On June 4, 2021, to celebrate the company's fifth anniversary, CCUI organized all employees to go to Ningbo for the "Five Years of Challenges and Cooperation" teambuilding activities.
During the event, CCUI held its 2021 annual meeting and a business analysis and strategic planning meeting. The company's management and employees brainstormed and provided their insights, offering suggestions for the company's development, which yielded positive results.
Chairman Wei Jianhua and CEO Su Bin summarized the major achievements, areas for improvement, solutions, and future prospects for each sector, including digital technology, trade, asset management, aviation, culture, and Jiangsu Youyi. They also outlined the next steps and directions for the company's work. Department heads and business representatives from various departments expressed their opinions, and through the business analysis and strategic planning meeting, they reviewed and evaluated the performance of the first half of the year, instilling confidence in achieving the company's annual plans and goals.
Su Bin, the CEO, mentioned that through the activities of the day, everyone's dedicated, sincere, and united work attitude was evident. Representatives from various departments had prepared their speeches meticulously, and their questions and suggestions were very precise. Chairman, Wei Jianhua, pointed out that since its establishment in June 2016, ZhongLianTou has entered its fifth year. The theme of this team-building event, "Five Years Through Wind and Rain, United in Purpose," signifies the company's hope that, at the starting point of its fifth anniversary, all sectors will work together as one team, recognize the right track, seize opportunities, and achieve outstanding results. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the fields of digital technology, aviation, and more are full of promise, and they will play a crucial role in digital transformation, urban-rural integration, and new infrastructure. The company has chosen the best and most promising tracks. We must continue to promote a diligent and innovative work ethic, maintain our vigor, and exert continuous efforts in our chosen tracks, constantly expanding our new businesses. In line with recent work deployments, the company will establish operational command centers for three projects under the Digital Technology, Asset Management, and Cultural companies, take swift action, concentrate our efforts, and work together to advance key tasks, ensuring the completion of our annual objectives.
At the same time, Chairman, Wei Jianhua, emphasized strict requirements for all employees to strengthen learning and communication, enhance execution, and strengthen a sense of responsibility. He pointed out that every task involves continuous learning, practice, and reflection. Regularly self-assess and identify gaps, focus on the main contradictions, key issues, and critical links, and strengthen responsibility and accountability.
