On January 19, 2020, CCUI held its annual work summary meeting and 2020 New Year's party in Shanghai.
More than 60 colleagues from CCUI, its wholly-owned subsidiary CCUI (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd., its holding subsidiary China Resources (Shanghai) Cultural Development Co., Ltd., its holding subsidiary Jiangsu Youyi International Logistics Co., Ltd., its equity subsidiary Ningbo Zhongche Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., its equity subsidiary Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition Commercial Management Co., Ltd., and its equity subsidiary South China (Shenzhen) Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd., as well as invited guests, attended the year-end summary meeting.
Various subsidiaries, departments, and project leaders comprehensively summarized their work in 2019 for their respective sectors and outlined the main work plans and goals for 2020.
The meeting recognized seven outstanding individuals of the year, including Xu Xiaojun, Yang Yunqi, and Shen Yang.
At the meeting, an employee stock signing ceremony was held, with 32 employees participating in the signing ceremony, signing equity agreements to become new shareholders of CCUI.
Chairman Wei Jianhua delivered a summary speech on the company's annual development. He stated that in 2019, the company further clarified its business development direction and completed several important tasks, including supporting the preparation and operation of the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition, planning and implementing the landing and construction of the Wuxi Industrial Park and general aviation industry, participating in the establishment of the Hainan Media Convergence Development Investment Fund and becoming its manager, constructing and using the Hanqiao Railway Logistics Park, completing the first round of capital increase and expansion plans, and launching the employee stock ownership plan. While celebrating these achievements, it is also necessary to reflect and improve, optimize the talent structure, strengthen internal management, adhere to performance-oriented principles, focus on and develop key industries, and create corporate value.
He emphasized that the implementation of the employee stock ownership plan is the unity of the company's and employees' values, the practice of the corporate culture of "integrity, diligence, innovation, inclusiveness, and sharing," and an important chapter in the company's development journey. Subsequently, CCUI will truly achieve mutual growth and sharing between the company and all employees.
After the meeting, a celebration event was held, where invited guests and all CCUI employees gathered to celebrate together.
During the event, the three major highlights of CCUI's annual work selected by all employees were announced, namely, completing the capital increase and expansion plan, successfully ensuring the 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Expo, and the official launch of the Xuzhou Hanqiao Railway Logistics Park.
At the evening party, colleagues from CCUI showcased their talents and presented a series of wonderful performances. Several lucky draw sessions were also organized, making the entire celebration exciting and captivating. The evening ended with a grand chorus of "Flying Higher," marking the successful conclusion of the annual meeting. Guests and colleagues raised their glasses to toast, wishing CCUI another successful year.
