On May 13, 2021, the Communist Party of China (CPC) China National Investment & Guaranty Corporation Limited branch and the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Center branch jointly organized a thematic party member activity at Quyiunge, Yong'an Department Store, which is the place where the first red flag was raised in Shanghai, to carry out immersive party history learning and education collaboration.
On May 13, 2021, the Communist Party of China (CPC) branch of the Huangpu District Business Commission, Deputy Secretary of the CPC branch, Deputy Director of the Business Commission, and Director of the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center, Li Xucheng, and a delegation visited the first food store on Nanjing East Road, Yong'an Department Store, and the Yong'an Department Store's "Four Histories" Education Theme Exhibition. The first food store was the first radio station in Shanghai that was fully operated by Chinese people, and it broadcasted the first sound of Shanghai liberation. The Yong'an Department Store was where the first red flag symbolizing liberation was raised on Nanjing Road. The two CPC branches held a symposium on Party history learning and exchanged experiences at the Quyiunge site. The red stories of Yong'an Department Store inspired every party member present.
Secretary Wei Jianhua introduced the five major business sectors of China Hi-Tech. He discussed the theme of "learning history to gain wisdom," "learning history to enhance credibility," and "learning history to take action." He combined these themes with the actual development of the enterprise to express his aspirations and discuss future development. Secretary Wei pointed out that the proactive connection between the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center and the company in organizing this event has enhanced interaction between the enterprise and the government. He emphasized the need for China Hi-Tech to firmly establish the "Four Consciousnesses," strengthen the "Four Confidences," and achieve the "Two Maintenances." He expressed hope that this event would further strengthen communication with the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center.
Director Li introduced the functions of the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center. This event allowed participants to listen to revolutionary stories, understand the history of Party building, and deeply commemorate the glorious journey of revolutionary predecessors. In recent years, the Huangpu District government and the service center have continuously promoted the construction of the Party-masses service system, with a focus on highlighting political attributes in demonstration, leadership, and modeling. Director Li expressed the hope that this Party-building collaboration would provide an opportunity for further communication and cooperation between China Hi-Tech and the Huangpu District Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Service Center, facilitating resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual development.
