Mr. Jianhua Wei, male, born in December 1974, bachelor of Laws from Zhejiang University; master of International Economic Law from Shanghai Maritime University; master of Laws from University of Southampton, UK.
Mr. Wei served as lawyer at the London headquarters and Hong Kong branch of INCE&CO, which is a famous British law firm; business director of World Expo Development Group; managing director of World Expo Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.; and chairman of Hehe Funds. He has a wealth of experience in legal affairs, investment and financing, and business management.
From 2004 to 2012, he served as assistant director, deputy director and director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Coordination Bureau of Shanghai World Expo. He was involved in the preparation, construction, international exhibitor invitation, market development and park operation of the Shanghai World Expo. He served as executive deputy director and general representative of the Executive Committee of the China Corporate United Pavilion at the 2015 World Expo in Milan, Italy, being responsible for the initiation, preparation, construction, operation and follow-up use of the China Corporate United Pavilion. He successfully completed the exhibition at the 2015 World Expo in Milan, which was deemed as a successful case in which the national task was fulfilled by taking advantage of the market system. He was also the vice president of the Youth Federation of Pudong, Shanghai.
He was awarded the Shanghai May 1 Labor Medal in the year of 2007 and 2010; 2011 advanced individual of intellectual property protection for national key projects jointly granted by the Ministry of Public.
Mr. Bin Su, bachelor and master of Shanghai Maritime University, doctor of management of Fudan University. He is now the Chief Executive Officer of CCUI.
In 1999, Mr. Su joined the construction headquarters of Pudong International Airport, participated in the construction of the air cargo terminal (PACTL) of Pudong Airport and the preparation for the navigation of Pudong Airport. He was responsible for the planning and research of Shanghai air hub, and jointly planned and designed the Pudong air hub model and the research of Hongqiao / Pudong two operation modes with the United States galand air affairs consulting company.
In 2011, Mr. Su joined Shandong Ocean Group Co., Ltd. and successively served as assistant general manager of Shandong Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd., director and CEO of Pacific gas ship (Hong Kong) Holding Co., Ltd., the director, chief executive officer and Shandong Ocean Energy Co., Ltd. He is responsible for gradually forming a coordinated development of the industrial chain based on the development strategy of the whole company. Oil and gas exploration - ocean transportation - domestic terminal storage - customer sales allocation, and building a complete overseas oil and gas industrial chain.
Mr. Chun Xu, master of Law School from Shanghai Maritime University, now he is the Director of CCUI, and executive director of Shenzhen equator Fund Management Co., Ltd.
In 1998, Mr. Xu obtained the qualification of Chinese lawyer, in 2008, he obtained the qualification of Hong Kong lawyer, in 2010, he became the business partner of Ince Gordon Dadds LLP, and in 2014, he became its global share partner.
In 2017, on behalf of the managing partner, Mr. Xu won the ranking lawyer of chambers Asia Pacific China ship financing for two consecutive years, and was rated as the recommended lawyer of Asia asset financing (including aviation and ship financing) of top 500 in the legal world.
As one of the co-founders of Hong Kong Kirin Capital Co., Ltd., Mr. Xu has been engaged in investment business since 2014, and has rich experience in overseas asset investment, especially in shipping industry and energy industry. The main investment business involves in the strategic equity investment of super large clean energy logistics enterprises.
Mr. Gang Chen holds a Bachelor's degree from Tongji University, Shanghai, a Master's degree from University of Melbourne, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at School of Management, Fudan University. Additionally, he has achieved Intermediate Qualification Certificate of Banking Professional (QCBP).
Currently serving as the Vice President of CCUI, he is also an Executive Director at Zhejiang CIMS. With a background as a Senior Project Manager in Investment Banking Department of Everbright Securities and Senior Business Manager at SPD Silicon Valley Bank, he has played a pivotal role in developing government collaboration projects and overseeing IPOs and asset restructuring projects in the new energy sector, accumulating substantial experience in risk and loan management.
In 2017, he joined the preparatory team for the establishment of Beijing Zhongguancun Bank, where he took on the role of Department Manager for Innovation Ecosystem Cooperation Department. His responsibilities included project development and services in TMT and healthcare sectors, contributing to the establishment of the bank's investment and loan linkage business system. In 2020, he served at Technology Branch of Shanghai Bank, City North Branch, leading the branch's establishment and client development efforts.
