On the morning of April 29, 2024, CCUI Capital’s funds under management, Wuxi CCUI Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), held its 2024 Annual Partners’ Conference at CCUI’s Shanghai headquarters. Representatives of partners including CRRC Capital Holding, Jinyuan Semi Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd, CCUI Holding, CRRC Industry Investment Co., Ltd, and CCUI Capital attended the meeting. Rong Qi, partner and general manager of CCUI Capital, presided over the meeting.
CCUI Capital made a detailed report to the partners on the performance of the fund in 2023, the post-investment management of the projects under its management, the management objectives and budget for 2024 as a fund manager. Representatives of the partners expressed recognition for the fund's management work, and also put forward practical suggestions for the specific problems of each project. Finally, the partners reviewed and approved the motion of the meeting.
In 2024, CCUI Capital will continue to abide by the obligations of the administrator and various regulations of the Asset Management Association of China, and diligently bring value to investors and society.
