CCUI was founded in 2016

To implement the national "Belt and Road" initiative, deepen the integration of production capacity with countries along the route, and promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese industries, China Corporate United Investment Holding Co., Ltd (CCUI), a mixed-ownership company, was jointly initiated by central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, renowned private enterprises, and entrepreneurial teams. With the support of government at all levels and the industry, CCUI was registered and approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in June 2016.

CCUI has strategically established its headquarters in China and Europe, with its domestic headquarters located in Shanghai, China, and its European headquarters situated in Rome, Italy. Additionally, CCUI has established an overseas market financial trading platform in Hong Kong.

We adhere to the core values of "Cooperation, Openness, Win-Win" and actively implement a development strategy that emphasizes the integration of production and finance. We focus on high-end equipment and cultural industries, forming strategic synergies with shareholders and strategic partners at all levels, serving growth-oriented enterprises, and promoting industrial upgrading and economic transformation in China. CCUI also holds the position of Vice Chairman Unit at the People's Daily China Brand Forum.
