Alpi Aviation S.r.l. is an aviation high-tech manufacturing enterprise with more than 20 years of experience in the industry with independent system development, design (fuselage and avionics systems), manufacturing and maintenance capabilities, with more than 1,000 fixed-wing, helicopter products sold to 31 countries and regions around the world, with more than 2 million flight hours in service.

China United Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and CRRC Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. jointly established Marex (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Martex") as the main entity for the acquisition of ALPI, and has officially completed the delivery after being approved and filed by the Ministry of Commerce, the Administration of Foreign Exchange and the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission. As the first transaction of an acquired aviation high-tech manufacturing enterprise by a Chinese enterprise in Europe and one of the important economic and trade cooperation topics between the countries that start and end the "Belt and Road", in June 2017, during the visit of the CPC Central Committee delegation led by Comrade Han Zheng, then member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the CPC Central Committee, the project was cordially cared for by Comrade Han Zheng, members of the delegation and Italian national leaders and witnessed the signing of the acquisition. At present, Ma Er is already preparing to establish Feitian (Jiaxing) Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., which plans to start from the manufacturing processing and sales of incoming materials, aviation school qualification acquisition and training business, etc., and is committed to the expansion of the international market and the landing of domestic industries.

On 28th Aug, 2020, CRRC Yangtze River Delta Innovation Center is officially settled in Shanghai. CCUI, CRRC Capital Holding Co., Ltd. and Bank of Shanghai signed the framework agreement on Investment, Loan and Industry Cooperation. They will make use of their respective advantageous resources, implement the development mode of Industry, Investment and Finance integration, carry out all-round cooperation, jointly discover and cultivate high-quality scientific and technological innovation enterprises, and assist the construction of the Yangtze River Delta ecological and green integration demonstration zone.

CRRC takes the lead in building a Four in One industrial cultivation mode of Platform, Capital, Industry and Park together with CCUI and Haimei, so as to cultivate 2-3 industrial clusters with a scale of over 5 billion in Jiaxing. The focus will be on creating three major industrial clusters in smart sensors, new energy, and general aviation. It will also emphasize key representative projects such as the China Alpis General Aviation Industry Project, 2D Flexible Ultra-Thin Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology Project, and the industrialization of major equipment for steel rail milling and grinding cars.
