In 2020, CCUI actively responded to the country's '14th Five-Year Plan' to further develop new infrastructure construction sectors, as the initiator of the project company, convened CRRC Financial Holdings, China Tonghao and other central enterprises to participate in the construction of platform companies, and established China United Investment (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd., representing the state and social capital to support the development of new infrastructure projects with practical actions, take the lead in entering the market, and provide basic support for the subsequent development of related enterprises.

After the launch of operation, the company actively docked with shareholders and major customers, focusing on three software business sectors such as Tongsuo industry software, Shanghai government and enterprise industry software, new energy (charging pile) operation business and IDC data center sector to expand related businesses, and the customers who have cooperated include Shanghai Tower, Casco Signal, Shanghai Real Estate Group, Huahong Jitong, Baoxin Software, Fubon Hua Yi Bank, etc.
