CCUI and Xuzhou Coal Mining Group Co. Ltd. jointly established Jiangsu Youyi International Logistics Co., Ltd. In 2018, they signed cooperation agreements for the Huaihai Economic Zone Liuxin Commodity Industry New Area, theXuzhou Coal Mining Group's dedicated railway line, and six investment reserve projects. This marked the initiation of the overall planning and design of the Liuxin Commodity Industry New Area and the development of the planning scheme for the Hanqiao Logistics Park project.

In 2020, Jiangsu Youyi relocated to the Hanqiao site, with a particular focus on establishing the Hanqiao Automobile Logistics Park. This move aimed to enhance on-site security and management capabilities within the Hanqiao park. During the first phase, they constructed a pre-distribution warehouse for FAW-Volkswagen. In the second phase, the focus was on core operations like the transportation of automobiles by rail, creating a regional automobile logistics platform. They offered comprehensive services including vehicle logistics, spare parts logistics, reverse logistics, and supply chain finance.

After establishing a significant regional clustering effect in the field of automobile logistics, the third phase involved investments in facilities such as a vehicle exhibition and sales center, a used car trading center, an automobile parts warehouse, and vehicle inspection services. This created an integrated platform for industry chain convergence, expanding growth opportunities and achieving favorable social and economic benefits.

As of May 31, 2020, the Greater Bay Area Ethylene Carrier Company has received 5 professional liquified ethylene carriers, and started to enter Luna Pool to jointly operate with the international industry from April 1st.
