Ms. Wei Huang, born in May 1971, senior accountant, senior corporate risk manager CSERM. She is now Chief Financial Officer of CCUI. 

She graduated from the major of finance and accounting, has more than 20 years of financial work experience, masters a more comprehensive accounting professional theory, modern business management knowledge, familiar with financial laws, regulations and systems, she plays a major role in demonstration and decision-making ability in terms of the macro Economic trends and changes in the market environment with keen analytical judgment.

She has been involved in the financial management of large group companies and in the preparation, management and operation of private equity funds such as real estate, film and television, and environmental protection. 

She has extensive experience in the preparation, management and capital operation of film and television cultural industry funds and is involved in the filming of "Mermaid" by Stephen Chow. 

Mr. Qi Lou,  Bachelor of law, Shanghai University, with legal professional qualification certificate; now he is the Board Secretary and Chief Risk Officer of CCUI.

He began to practice law after joining Xiaoyun law firm in 2001, and has become a partner of Xiaoyun law firm since 2006. His business fields include real estate, chemical industry, logistics, sports, IP sponsorship, intellectual property infringement investigation, cultural media, etc. As the external consultant and general consultant of GM China, DSM, Clariant, Ecolab, Adidas, Johnson Controls, Lujiazui Group, CITIC Pacific Co., Ltd., Baosteel Group and many other large global enterprises, he has provided investment and financing, project model and related business operation framework construction, financial and tax planning, transaction negotiation, management and control system setting, implementation, guidance and maintenance. The professional advice and guidance of nursing and other aspects as well as the implementation of related affairs has been provided. What's more, he has also led the preparation and construction of many major projects and the subsequent practical operation.
